A. Performance profile
Our company produces this automatic vacuum filling machine, pure pneumatic vacuum filling machine, we take the similar foreign machine for reference and redesign this machine, we added some features that make the product in usage, accuracy error, loading volume adjustment, equipment cleaning, maintenance, etc. is simpler and more convenient.
B. Working principle
Vacuum filling machine uses a vacuum generator and PLC controller, so that each filling head can be individually manual operated or automatic operated, easy to operate.

1.An entire human-computer screen, programmable controller, high accuracy, therefore particularly suitable for usage on big production requirements.
2.Electronically controlled and vacuum fixed liquid system, so that it has high filling accuracy, precision can be controlled within 0.5% (take the maximum filling capacity as standard)

E. Operation
1 Turn on the power, make sure the voltage is 220V, 50Hz, connect the air pipeline, adjust the air pressure to 6-8Mpa
2 Select the language in the text of the operation, there are Chinese or English language on the touch screen.
3 On the text select the automatic or manual procedures
4 Debugging for producing different size of bottles: On the text choose the filling time, adjust the filling time of each filling head to an appropriate time, return to the main menu
5 In the automatic mode, put on the bottle and filling. After putting on the bottle, there is a little time delay, after that the filling head drop down automatically and start filling. The filling head will rise up automatically after filling finished, then remove the bottle to complete a filling.
6 In the manual mode, after putting on the bottle, on the text of the numeric keypad, press the corresponding number of the filling head, press one time, the filling head will go down automatically and start filling, rise up automatically when the filling finished, then remove the bottle to complete a filling.
7 If there is an exception in the production process, press the emergency stop button.
Warning: Do not operate this machine with violence.
F. Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning the filling machine, should clean the remaining product inside the machine first, then filled with gentle cleaning solution in the tank. We recommends that you use warm water. If necessary, you can use soap, alcohol, or other cleaning fluid. When cleaning , open the machine, let the machine keep filling circularly until cleaning all the machine parts that contacted with material. When clean the seals, the plane sealing ring of the valve should be included, and replace the broken and damaged seals.
After finish the cleaning of all the parts, we suggest that before the installation, better wait until the machine parts are dry. Make sure that no water and other debris get into the pneumatic tube and the connecters of the machine.
Warning:
1. Before removing the machine parts, must check whether the compressed air is closed.
2. Do not use organic solvents to clean the machine, like the gasoline, benzene, xylene, bananas water, sodium hypochlorite, etc.
